Participation in TURN meetings has provided Fairfax leaders opportunities to add to our fund of knowledge, expand and change our thinking as well as find commonalities with other education leaders from around the country. The Fairfax Education Association has had a reputation for being a progressive employee organization; and in TURN, we have found a support group that nurtures our belief that in order to improve and reform education, school systems need to include the employee groups as partners for change.
