Get Involved

Be a Building Representative

Every work location needs a representative, and most of the current representatives would welcome some co-rep help. People who step up to be a representative are the lifeblood of the association. They make up the Representative Assembly, which meets monthly, and makes many of the decisions regarding where FEA is headed. Building reps communicate with members in their building and advocate for those members when appropriate. Let us know if you might want to become a building rep by emailing president@fairfaxea.org. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and to support you in any way possible.

VEA & NEA Convention 2023 Information Brochure

This is a great opportunity to get involved at the State Level, be part of the process of helping to craft resolutions, and take part in affecting the direction of our larger organization. The VEA Convention will be held March 16-18, in Roanoke, VA in 2023 and FEA invites current members to apply to be delegates to our state convention. We have an opportunity to have 100 delegates represent Fairfax/District E. Don’t delay. To get your name on the ballot, simply fill out the STATEMENT OF INTENTION FORM: https://bit.ly/ConvIntentForm2023
